ABOUT US:
I’m Lisa Dobbs, your local State Farm Agent in the Vinings area of Atlanta, GA. For over 35 years, I’ve been helping people protect what matters most while giving back to the community, from mentoring youth and supporting local charities to volunteering with therapy dogs and sponsoring local events. My team and I believe in hard work, heart, and making a real difference for our clients and neighbors.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Self-motivated with a competitive spirit
- Integrity and genuine care for customers’ well-being
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets (preferred but not required)
- Experience in insurance sales or account management (preferred but not required)

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
