Responsibilities: Each position covers a wide array of roles and responsibilities intended to develop your skillset and ensure your success at our agency. Throughout our application process, you will also have the opportunity to learn what a day in the life at our agency would look like. 
 
·      Use customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.  
·      Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
·      Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.  
·      Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. 
·      Maintain and strong work ethic with a total commitment to integrity and success each and every day. 
·      Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business. 
 
Compensation: $40,000-$50,000 Per Year 
Our compensation expectations show a range of our salary plus commission system. With our profitable and thriving market and business model, team development, and intentional hiring process, we are confident that you will be successful in achieving high-earning compensation amounts.  
 
Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM located in Atlanta, GA
 
Requirements: Having previous insurance experience is not required to apply for this position. We are looking for candidates that are enthusiastic and engaged to develop their skills and knowledge and are eager about role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.

About Lisa Dobbs’ Agency: As a native Atlantan with over 33 years of State Farm Insurance experience, Lisa has truly been able to help people understand the risks of everyday life, to show how insurance can shield them from those risks, and to guide them on what options will fit their needs.  Lisa has built long standing relationships in our community, and stays active in Buckhead and Vinings through my involvement with the Vinings Business Association, the Vinings Cumberland Rotary Club, the Atlanta Track Club, and as a mentor with La Amistad and the Bankhead Boys Association. She’s also a recruitment volunteer for Vanderbilt University. Lisa and her dog, Pearl, volunteer at Northside Hospital with Happy Tails Pet Therapy, and have sponsored the Vinings Downhill 5K - Run for the Kids for 20 + years.
